Credits and billing
How Pullwise credits work for hosted AI reviews, how many credits a review uses, how to buy them with Stripe, and what happens when you run out.
Credits are only used when reviews run on the Pullwise AI model. Reviews with your own key or a self-hosted model are free and never use credits.
How many credits a review uses
One credit per 1,000 tokens, rounded up. Tokens cover the diff, the MR title and description, and the review the model writes.

Buy credits
Workspace admins can buy credits in Billing. Payment is handled by Stripe and credits appear as soon as payment succeeds. Credits don’t expire. See pricing for current prices.
Track usage
Billing shows your balance, a daily chart of credits used over the last 30 days (top-ups are marked), and a list of recent transactions. Each review’s debit links back to the review.
Running out
When your balance runs out, hosted reviews pause: Pullwise posts nothing until you top up. Reviews on your own key carry on as normal.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt for each purchase. For invoicing or purchase orders, contact us.
